This was our reality in 2023. What started as a simple investment strategy had turned into weekend-consuming administrative chaos.

When Success Becomes A Problem

As our portfolio grew from 1 property to 5, and more, the tools that once worked began to break down. We were spending 1 hour per property every month on bookkeeping that should have taken minutes.
